GM Pologe was honored to be invited to participate in, and teach at,
the 2025 Yom Chi Taekwon Do Retreat in Cross Point Camp on Lake Texoma

Ground fighting techniques, because sometimes fighters end up on the ground
While TKD is a blocking, kicking and punching martial art, it is a fact
that fighters often go to the ground. In true self defense this can happen
simply because a person is attacked from behind by surprise when loading groceries
into the car, or from tripping or being pushed to the ground during the
conflict. So it only makes sense for the well rounded martial artist to
have a good understanding of how to fight from the ground, if necessary.
